Criteria for Applications

We do background checks on all potential employees. We guarantee that the people who work here are people that you would be happy to have dealing with your Mom or Grandma! This is a felony free company. It's our responsibility to do our best to ensure they are safe with the people we send to their home. We do conduct an extensive criminal; driving background check. We will conduct a pre-hire drug test and then random test. Our workday ends when the customers are taken care of. This is not an 8 to 5 company with an on-call rotation. Saturday and Sunday can be a normal workday for all field personnel, customer service representatives, and salespersons. You must be well-groomed. A business-like haircut and trimmed mustache is acceptable. Goatees and beards must be closely trimmed. You must be willing to carry (and answer) your phone every day, all day (24/7).
