    Our prevention plan is for clients that want their equipment and home to last and run efficiently. Our Preventative Maintenance Plan (PMP) is designed to take care of your entire home. One aspect that the PMP covers is your home's heating system. The annual plan is affordable and the best way to prevent expensive breakdowns. The PMP includes the following:

    Optimal performance check up: is an important part of your covered equipment and ensure it's operating at its best. A furnace and air conditioner tune-up, for example, can improve energy efficiency by as much as 15%. Our maintenance service includes cleaning the burner box, heat exchanger, indoor fan, lube fan motors, electrical systems, voltage, and farad test.

    Pre-emptive repairs: A ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. This especially rings true with your homes comfort system. A new furnace or air conditioner can run anywhere from $1800 to $10,000 installed so it pays to have annual maintenance done, plus annual furnace and AC tune ups can help save energy and lower your cost of heating and cooling.

    Safety checks: for gas leaks, carbon monoxide, combustion and exhaust gases. We'll make sure your home is safe.

    Education: is included to help you understand the regular maintenance needs of your system. Regular maintenance that will help ensure your system works well.

    Annual tune-ups: will be performed between February and August each year. This allows us to ensure we have adequate technical support during the cold winter months when breakdowns are more common.
